Crystal Michelle Dorsey- Turner is an educator, now author, with over 30 years of experience as a teacher, leader, and district administrator. Born and raised in the West Englewood community of Chicago, Crystal used her education and her faith to beat every odd stacked against her. Crystal is currently a doctoral candidate at Concordia University of River Forest, IL. She is the owner of FocusED Driven Leadership, LLC, an educational consulting company empowering organizations to prioritize what matters most. Crystal can be found spending quality time with her family and friends, dancing, serving, reading, and traveling.
